Describe the material and its intended use

Include the grade or product name, the required form or bead size if known, and a brief description of the application. For replacement material, identify the equipment or the specification currently in use. Share relevant operating conditions and acceptance requirements rather than assuming that a matching grade name confirms suitability. A product-page title alone may not describe your actual requirement.

State the quantity and delivery destination

State the quantity for this request and whether it is for evaluation, replacement or planned repeat purchasing. Keep an initial order quantity separate from a possible monthly requirement. Include the delivery country and city, and identify the port or named delivery place where relevant. For a sample request, include the postal code; availability and delivery terms still need confirmation.

Check what the quotation covers

Keep the product price, shipping charge and any stated tax or import-cost treatment distinct. Do not assume that a product price includes delivery or that a shipping estimate includes all import charges. Check the quotation's scope and validity before making a decision.
